Inspiration
INTRODUCING THE HUB
If you are prompted with this error code, this generally means Inspiration 10 was unable to reach our licensing server to activate the licence, due to a firewall or proxy server that may be blocking communication. Configuration changes to your firewall/ proxy server to allow communication to our licensing server should fix this issue. Typically, whitelisting secure.softwarekey.com will allow Inspiration 10 to connect to the server.
To troubleshoot:
Start by opening a fresh browser window, and then navigate to the following address -
https://secure.softwarekey.com
If you can reach SOLO Server, you should simply see the text "OK" in the web browser.
If you cannot see the "OK" text, then something on your end is blocking the connection to SOLO Server.
Our licensing system uses the same underlying technology as web browsers for activation. This means only connections on ports 80 (HTTP) and 443 (HTTPS) need to be allowed. See Client activation ports and SOLO Server IP address for more details.

To get your document to your iPad, you can:
Email your .inspmaps document to yourself. In your email app on your iPad, open the email with the attachment, and double-click on the attachment to open it with Inspiration Maps.
Put .inspmaps document in a Dropbox folder that you can access from your iPad.
Note: Mind maps created in Inspiration 9/ 10 Map View, and presentations created in the Presentation Manager cannot be exported to your iPad.
